St James’s Hotel & Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Alison Pye as Director of Sales and Marketing at its boutique property in London.
With a London-‐centric pedigree, Alison has 20 years of industry experience and expertise, having worked at some of London’s best-‐known and well-‐respected establishments.
Recent posts include the luxury boutique properties, Gore Hotel and The Pelham in Kensington and Chelsea where Alison was directly responsible for sales and marketing activity relating to North America and European markets. Prior to that, Alison spent two years with Guoman Hotels London and IHG as Assistant Director of Sales cultivating working relationships with new and existing partners.
At St James’s Hotel and Club, Alison will be responsible for the day-‐to-‐day management of a strong proactive sales and marketing team, as well as the events and revenue team, ensuring the hotel achieves its sales targets and objectives. As part of her role, Alison’s focus will be on developing brand awareness and increasing international demand across multiple segment and feeder markets as well as controlling the sales expenditure budgets and maintaining close relationships with high-‐ end brands and affiliations.
