Having first discovered poké during their travels through California, the three childhood friends, Jeremy Coste, Gabriel Cohen-Elia and David Bellaiche have brought a fresh outlook on the traditional Hawiian raw-fish dish, with flavours mapping Asia and the Middle East.

The menu, designed by Michelin-trained Chef Jeremy is centred on sustainably sourced fish and vibrant, fresh vegetables from local suppliers in New Covent Garden Market. 

“We became obsessed with poké as soon as we tried it back in Cali – there were these bowls bursting with vibrancy and goodness that transport you straight to the palm trees and translucent blue waters of the Pacific. We could all do with a little more of that laidback Californian lifestyle” says co-founder and head chef, Jeremy. 

Joining a line-up of new restaurants in the Bloomberg Arcade, the space will be designed by Gundry + Ducker in collaboration with Jeremy, David and Gabriel. Ahi Poké’s distinctive clean and neutral palette will have tones of greens and wood throughout, offset by loud, vibrant wall murals and their ever-present soundtrack of up-beat hip hop.
