Marking their milestone 50th year, the brand will showcase an exciting array of innovative new products in their flagship showroom in the heart of Clerkenwell. From the eye-catching, FSC-certified TreeAzzo range to groundbreaking FlameLESS fire-rated wood flooring and the bold new furniture brand Lateral, Havwoods continues to lead the way in cutting-edge design and craftsmanship.
Following the early May launch of the Innovation Edition of their industry-leading publication, the WoodBook, Havwoods is proud to present their latest products throughout the three-day event to Clerkenwell’s vibrant design community.
Lateral by Havwoods: It’s time to think differently about furniture
After 50 years curating an ever-expanding collection of the finest wood surfaces, Havwoods is proud to unveil a bold new chapter in their design journey. Lateral by Havwoods is a furniture brand that embodies the same craftsmanship, innovation and design excellence that has defined the company for decades.
Debuting for the first time at Clerkenwell Design Week 2025, Lateral by Havwoods launches with two signature collections: Core and Forge. Featuring high-spec one-piece kitchens, tailor-made XL wooden tables and striking tabletops crafted from enormous timber slices, Lateral brings together iconic form and lasting functionality. “Guests will have the chance to experience these pieces up close and speak with Havwoods’ product specialists about the craftsmanship, materials, and design inspiration behind the brand.
TreeAzzo: Inspired by terrazzo, crafted with wood
A modern, eco-friendly twist on classic terrazzo, TreeAzzo is a beautifully handcrafted wooden surface designed for contemporary interiors. Made from high-quality resin blended with wood chip wastage from the woodworking industry, each panel of TreeAzzo is 100% handmade and entirely unique.
Launched at the end of 2024, TreeAzzo will be showcased for the first time at Clerkenwell Design Week 2025. Since its debut, the product has already attracted significant attention, with clients specifying it for statement flooring, bespoke tabletops, kitchen counters and basin surrounds. With FSC certification and natural character, TreeAzzo is quickly becoming a go-to sustainable surface and a striking conversation piece in any interior. Visitors to the Havwoods showroom during CDW will be able to experience TreeAzzo in a variety of applications and view samples in all available colours and finishes.
FlameLESS – a breakthrough in design-led fire rated flooring
Also on display during Clerkenwell Design Week is FlameLESS, Havwoods’ groundbreaking fire-rated engineered wood flooring. Developed to meet rigorous safety standards without compromising on aesthetics or sustainability, FlameLESS is the UK’s first design-led collection of Bfl-s1 rated engineered wood flooring by Havwoods.
Launched in April at the NEC during the Fire Safety Event, one of the UK’s leading exhibitions dedicated to fire protection and prevention, FlameLESS is independently tested and certified to meet EN 13501-1 Bfl-s1 classification. It is treated with specially formulated fire-retardant processes that enhance the flame resistance while preserving the wood’s natural character. Visitors to the Havwoods showroom will have the opportunity to explore FlameLESS first-hand, speak with our technical experts and learn how FlameLESS meets the latest safety standards.
