WATG and Wimberly Interiors has appointed Molly O’Keefe as Associate Principal and Senior Director of Client Services. Bringing decades of experience and standing as a respected figure in the hospitality design industry, O’Keefe will lead strategic growth efforts and bolster client relationships in the Americas.

Most recently, O’Keefe drove strategic business initiatives focused on development, branding, interior design, and procurement for global hospitality, commercial, and multifamily projects as Principal at The Gettys Group Companies. She also held leadership roles at VOA Associates (now Stantec) and DiLeonardo among others, working on hotel and resort projects throughout the Americas, the Caribbean, and APAC by partnering closely with many of the industry’s leading brands, owners, developers, and operators.

“Molly is an exciting strategic addition to our talented leadership roster. Her reputation, knowledge, global perspective, and deep immersion in the industry make her a trusted advisor across a range of market segments and brand categories,” said Monica Cuervo, Managing Director of the Americas at WATG and Wimberly Interiors. “We welcome her to our studio and look forward to continuing to build our lifestyle and luxury offerings for clients across the Americas.”

“I have respected WATG and Wimberly Interiors’ successes over the years, and I am honoured to be joining such an inspiring team that is pushing our industry forward,” said Molly O’Keefe, Associate Principal and Senior Director of Client Services, WATG and Wimberly Interiors. “I’m excited to harness the global power of the WATG brand and build upon its significant achievements in the Americas, further cultivating our relationships with key partners and driving growth across our diverse portfolio of projects.”

As a strong trend forecaster working at the intersection of design, brand identity, and business strategy, O’Keefe collaborates with clients to uncover value through creative, design-led solutions. O’Keefe is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and is a frequent speaker and recognized thought leader in the luxury hospitality sector.

Based in Chicago, O’Keefe will support growth and client services in the Americas, working alongside leaders in WATG and Wimberly Interiors’ offices in Tustin, Los Angeles, Dallas, Honolulu, and New York. With O’Keefe’s extensive expertise in strategic business development, the studios are poised to deepen industry relationships, expand project portfolios, and further solidify WATG and Wimberly Interiors’ position as a global leader in luxury and lifestyle hospitality design.

Her appointment marks a step forward in the studios’ ongoing commitment to delivering visionary, market-driven solutions in the Americas and around the world.
