New hospitality interiors exhibition to launch at Messe Frankfurt alongside Heimtextil

HINT Europe, a new exhibition dedicated exclusively to hospitality interiors and design, will launch at Messe Frankfurt in January 2027, co- located with Heimtextil.

Developed to serve the fast-growing hotel, resort, living, care and extended- stay sectors, HINT will provide a focused European platform for hospitality-specific interior solutions, bringing together architects, designers, specifiers, developers and operators working on commercial hospitality projects.

The event will be hosted alongside Heimtextil, creating a combined destination for the global interiors and contract market. Visitors will benefit from access to both platforms within one venue, while exhibitors gain exposure to a highly targeted international audience.

Ahead of its official launch, HINT will preview its concept at Heimtextil 2026 (13–16 January 2026) with a dedicated VIP Lounge, offering early engagement and networking opportunities for the hospitality design community.

When it launches in 2027, HINT will occupy its own dedicated exhibition hall, showcasing furniture, lighting, flooring, surfaces and integrated interior solutions tailored specifically to hospitality and contract projects. The exhibition will be supported by a content programme addressing hospitality trends, materials innovation, sustainability, guest experience and future project development as well as a series of activations for visitors on the show floor.

HINT launches with the support of an international network of founding partners and industry organisations, including NEWH, The Carpet Council, JOI-Design, Janus et Cie, Bourne Group, Montbel, Team Hoff, Dansk Wilton, Cristallux and Pfleiderer.

The event is organised by Strive Exhibitions, led by founders Toby Walters and Sam Murray, who bring over a decade of experience delivering international interiors exhibitions.

Toby Walters, CEO and Founder of HINT, said: “HINT Europe responds to a clear gap in the European market: a dedicated platform focused on the realities of hospitality design, specification and delivery. Launching alongside Heimtextil allows us to combine global reach with deep sector focus, creating a highly relevant environment for the hospitality interiors community. While hotels and resorts remain a key focus, the event also reflects the growing importance of wellness, extended stay and branded residential hospitality.”

Olaf Schmidt, Vice President Textiles & Textile Technologies der Messe Frankfurt, said: “In hospitality, textiles are drivers of guest experience and market relevance. At Heimtextil, textiles are our core business. We demonstrate their full impact for interior design and hospitality on a global scale. Together with HINT Europe, we expand our reach in contract business and qualitatively enhance our offer: We create a shared space for innovative, high-end hospitality design – and open up significant opportunities for architects, interior designers and project developers. The partnership strengthens our portfolio of textile contract solutions. We look forward to joining forces and unlock new value for decision-makers across the global contract and textile industry.”
