Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı, marking the latest addition to its Wyndham Garden portfolio in Türkiye, as the company prepares for the brand’s debut in Istanbul with the upcoming opening of Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina.
Expected to open in October 2026, the 93-room hotel will extend Wyndham Garden’s presence into Türkiye’s largest city and strengthen the brand’s position across the country’s key urban and leisure markets.
The two hotels reflect the continued expansion of Wyndham Garden across Türkiye, with the brand growing its presence across established leisure destinations and major urban centres. Designed around comfortable, approachable stays in locations offering convenient access to city centres, transportation hubs and local attractions, Wyndham Garden is well positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers.
“Since its debut in Türkiye more than four years ago, Wyndham Garden has continued to resonate with both travellers and hotel developers. With the opening of our second hotel in Antalya and the upcoming debut of the brand in Istanbul, we are expanding into two of Türkiye’s most important leisure and urban markets. This growth reflects the strength of the Wyndham Garden proposition and our broader strategy of matching the right brands with the right destinations, while giving owners access to Wyndham’s global scale, distribution and expertise,” said Arcan Bayraktaroğlu, Country Director for Türkiye, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts .
Opened in the sought-after Konyaaltı district of Antalya in July, Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı is located 8 kilometres from Antalya’s Old Town, known as Kaleiçi, 3 kilometres from Konyaaltı Beach and 20 kilometres from Antalya Airport.
In addition to standard rooms, single-floor and duplex suites, family rooms and an accessible room, the 83-room hotel also features spacious units designed for extended stays, with separate living areas and kitchenettes.

On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, a spa featuring a Turkish bath and sauna, a fitness centre and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the pool. With two meeting rooms that can accommodate a total of 85 guests, the newly built six-floor hotel also caters to planners hosting meetings and events in Antalya.
Antalya Konyaaltı is owned and operated by Edmus Turizm Otel İşletmeciliği Ticaret Limited Şirketi under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
“With its beautiful beaches, rich history and position as Türkiye’s fifth largest city, Antalya drives a uniquely multidimensional demand. The innovative concept of Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı is perfect for guests spending their summer holidays in Antalya, as well as extended stays. We are supported by Wyndham’s global scale as we bring a breath of fresh air to accommodation services in our city, sought after by travellers from around the world,” said Nesim Çınarlı, General Manager, Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı.
