Bathroom specialist, CP Hart, has appointed four new directors to its board in a move to strengthen its management team and formalise its structure. The new appointments represent a further commitment to the long-term growth of the business.
In recognition of their current contribution to CP Hart and value in developing the business, finance director, Angela Cale; sales director, Adrian Smith; merchandising director, Rachel Martin; and operations director, Stephen Broomhead will join the board.
Angela, Adrian and Rachel have been with CP Hart for 10 years or more, while Stephen joined the company in 2011. The firm has seen a rapid expansion of its showroom estate – from four to 12 – in the last 5 years, as well as strong growth in direct and commercial contract sales. This has been supported by investment in logistics and training, including the recent launch of CP Hart’s Training Academy.
