A 140-year-old building in Ardwick, Manchester – which was left in a derelict condition after being used as a cannabis factory – is to be refurbished into a Chinese restaurant. Previously The Plymouth Grove Hotel, the Grade II Listed property will begin its transformation with intensive construction work later this month.
