Dominvs Hospitality has announced the appointment of Trevor Bailey to the position of Training & Development Manager for the group.
Trevor’s core focus is to facilitate and drive the companies learning and professional development by equipping staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out all work related tasks.
Trevor has in excess of 13 years of training & development experience in the hospitality sector, including previous roles in InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) where he designed and spearheaded multiple development programmes for employees across all sectors of the company.
Whilst working for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Trevor increased the employee engagement in the lowest performing hotels within his region by 40% year on year. He designed, implemented a delivered a personalised 12 month leadership development program to influence and change the behaviour of its leaders.
Due to the programme’s success, the principles from the programme were applied to all 13 properties within the cluster to maintain key business targets for training and employee engagement moving forward.
