Award winning architectural firm, BARANOWITZ + KRONENBERG, was inspired by the maritime life of the Balearics in its design for the restaurant. The iconic blue delft tiles have been transformed to reveal the story of THE BUTCHER, making seamen tattoos, sails and navigation charts the backdrop for the dining experience.
