Edward has over twenty years experience in engineering businesses. During this time, he has formed and grown a group of aerospace businesses and held senior leadership roles in blue chip organisations including GE, Babcock International Group and Serco.
“I’m delighted to be joining the team at Ashton & Bentley,” says Edward. “They have worked hard over recent years to build a great range of free standing baths and basins, constantly pushing the boundaries with innovative designs and finishes. We also have some really exciting products in the pipeline.
“I’ve been involved in manufacturing for over 20 years and believe it’s a huge advantage to have our manufacturing operations here in the UK. We can respond quickly to changes in customers’ requirements and closely manage quality, whilst supporting the UK manufacturing sector.
“I’m very much looking forward to working with the team to build the brand and extend our penetration into both the retail and contract markets.”
Ashton & Bentley has been designing and manufacturing mid to high end free standing baths and basins since 2007. Its extensive range includes some unique finishes like metals and bespoke rims.
The company prides itself on working with interior designers and architects to develop tailor made solutions for the contract market and has recently supplied baths and basins to some flag ship developments, including Chelsea Barracks and Sandbanks.
Regarding the appointment, Paul Kyriakou, director and co-founder, comments: “Our team possesses strong product and technical knowledge and a long experience in the industry.
