The citizenM Swiss flagship will be located in Zurich’s bustling commercial district, an area that has become a focus for luxury retailers, new restaurants and Fortune 500 companies.
citizenM Zurich will feature all the style hallmarks of the citizenM brand across 160 bedrooms, 4 society M rooms and canteenM.
Swiss-based firm Halter AG is undertaking the construction with guidance from UBS and citizenM. The building is a conversion of an existing listed property and the teams will be preserving a number of its original distinctive features.
Working again with long term partners such as Concrete and Vitra, citizenM Zurich will offer the same kind of inspiring design and affordable luxury that is a signature of the hotel brand. Zurich is a cornerstone of the global business market and this new location will be an exciting addition to the existing citizenM European portfolio.
This will the fourteenth citizenM location with additional hotels set to open in New York and Copenhagen among other key global territories over the course of 2019 and beyond.
