The property, owned by Rosa María Esteva, co-founder of Grupo Tragaluz, will be converted into a Sir Hotel, EHPC‘s design-led, lifestyle hotel collection.

Located in the heart of Barcelona’s Paseo Gracia and with views of Casa Milá and Sagrada Família, this acquisition marks Sir Hotel’s first property in Barcelona and second in Spain, after the opening of Sir Joan last summer in Ibiza.
Hotel Omm boasts 91 rooms and suites, a roof terrace and pool, restaurant, bar, gym, in-house parking and spa. The purchase adds to the rapidly growing portfolio of EHPC, which now includes twelve hotels.
The group plans to conduct renovations to the rooms and public spaces and open as a Sir Hotel in early 2019. The new food and beverage concepts will be run and managed by THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, EHPC’s strategic culinary partner that is owned by Liran Wizman and Yossi Eliyahoo.
