Michelin-starred Claude Bosi and Lucy Bosi are set to open the charming, neighbourhood French bistro Josephine on Fulham Road. Claude, who most recently opened Brooklands at The Peninsula, will develop and oversee the menu, serving the food that Josephine used to cook him. There will be French bistro classics and regional Lyonnaise specialities, with a daily plat du jour and a set “Menu Des Canut” also on offer, named after the term ‘canut’ for Lyonnais silk and lace weavers.
