Scenes by default, Mosa Scenes

Dutch ceramic specialist Mosa has just introduced a brand new tile collection, Mosa Scenes. A stylish and adaptable range, it creates fascinating scenes in an effortless, single gesture, while producing bespoke wall and floor colour gradations that give depth and richness to any surface. The use of Scenes has the power to generate, by default, hospitality environments of unparalleled imagination.

The collection is available in eight colours, each coming in four textures, in a 15 x 15cm size that can be used creatively to produce endless design options, following Mosa’s signature style for flexibility and originality.

As every tile is assigned its own texture, no tile is the same in this collection, which can offer a range of sophisticated effects, animated through the use of different tones and textures, contrasts and patterns. The collection can be used with equal ease in both small and larger areas, from bathrooms and housing applications to hospitality and retail areas.

The four textures available in the Scenes collection are grain, clay, sand and grit. They vary from a powdery soft clay feel to coarser sandy and rough grain and come in both smooth and the anti-slip Micro-Relief (MR) surface. They are inspired by the natural textures of soil and add further variety and finesse to the company’s already-rich product lines. These textures also create the effect of an elegant patina, cleverly designed to maintain an ageless aesthetic.

The Scenes range also introduces eight new colour groups to the Mosa family – four cool and four warm colour sets. Especially in smaller spaces, this 15 x 15cm tile size and flexibility allow for easy, yet high-quality build-up of colour.

The Mosa Scenes range ensures diversity and style and can be applied equally well on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The series’ hardwearing make and vivid, yet natural colour shades mean that Scenes is an ideal option for a large variety of spaces, from wet areas, such as bathrooms, to hospitality and retail spaces.

A great choice for any designer and architect, Scenes is a thoroughly practical, natural and cost-effective collection.
