This new country inn and foodie bolthole was launched just a few months ago, and is situated just 45 minutes from London. Offering the ideal retreat for anyone either visiting the UK or looking to escape the big smoke, Bel & The Dragon is exclusively designed by Nicola Harding.
Patrons are made to feel at home with the simple decor, clean lines and classic feel. Hand-crafted wooden furniture has been used throughout the inn so that customers can enjoy the meeting of modern and rustic in this beautifully laid out country retreat.
Neutral, earthy colours accentuate the historical features of the building, and all of the inn’s 13 rooms rooms are peppered with homely touches, including open bookshelves from which to pick and choose a novel of your choice and a communal honesty bar from which to enjoy a selection of pre / post dinner drinks. Most importantly the rooms are affordably-priced, making it a place to come back to again and again.
