CordeValle (formerly known as Rosewood CordeValle) is unveiling a multi-million dollar renovation that touches every aspect of the 1,700 acre, luxury resort. The entire culinary experience at CordeValle has been reimagined by the new Executive Chef Abraham Torre who oversees the property’s three culinary concepts. Torre draws on his extensive experience and worldly influence to create signature menus and interactive culinary classes that combine Northern California’s freshest ingredients with European techniques and flavours.
The resort’s signature restaurant Il Vigneto is a warm and convivial space serving fresh California takes on Italian favorites. The extensive wine list boasts a rotating selection of bottles from the world’s most renowned wine regions. Will reopen summer of 2023.
With the beauty of the CordeValle golf course as the focal point, One Iron Bar showcases Northern California-inspired cuisine that reimagines the local bounty in a creative way. The food is accompanied by an extensive bar programme offering inventive cocktails and a meticulously curated wine list.
