Acoulite, an industry leader in light and acoustics, is delighted to have worked on the lighting design of Fumé – the latest in a line of successful restaurants from Jas Group Hospitality.

The concept and management of this new restaurant was the brainchild of Jas Groups CEO Elmar Pichorner. His vision was to celebrate traditional preparation methods that evoke childhood memories of comforting home cooking.

Acoulite are proud to have been involved with the design of the interior lighting and the development of the concept alongside Elmar Pichonorner. Together, they have created a distinctive and memorable experience for the diner.

Decorated to match a vintage theme, the novel restaurant is flush with interior features and quirky period industrial elements. Evoking the influence of a bygone era, Fumé fascinates its guests with an energetic experience in comfortable surroundings.

The array of custom manufactured feature pendants includes a stunning row of bottle lights to draw the intrigue of guests and unique pieces of art work in eye-catching materials. Fumé is the first of its kind in the region and offers a global appeal to food. This new eatery is located at the Dubai Marina Pier 7 and is destined to become a firm favourite on the Dubai restaurant circuit.

Acoulite is a unique lighting and acoustics solutions company – its creative and professional approach to projects has established it as a supplier of choice in the Gulf region. Established in Dubai in 2005, its operations now extend to Qatar, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and most recently Kuala Lumpur. Working closely with architects, interior designers, contractors and clients, Acoulite has a proven track record of delivering the best lighting and acoustic design.

Acoulite has a reputation for providing some of the best in class work to its clients, from internationally acclaimed manufacturers including FLOS, FUTURE Designs, Halla, LAMP, Mizar, Osram, Tom Dixon, XAL and Zumtobel, to new additions LUMINO, 8Point3, Light Corporation, Ecosense and MEL.
