Jennifer brings with her 27 years of global marketing experience across design, travel, hospitality, and luxury consumer lifestyle sectors. Her appointment as Chief Marketing Officer – a new position at the firm – is an integral part of President and CEO Anthony Mallows’ vision for growth.

“After consulting for WATG and Wimberly Interiors for the past three years, we’re thrilled Jennifer will be joining us on a full-time basis as Chief Marketing Officer,” says Anthony Mallows, President and CEO. “We are growing the firm – both geographically and into new market segments – and Jennifer’s strategic skills as a communicator and creative marketeer will add tremendous value to our team. Jennifer is a highly collaborative, passionate professional who will thrive in our client-focused environment.”

Jennifer most recently served as Managing Director at JP Communications – a luxury marketing communications agency which she founded in London in 2011. Notable clients included Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Master Yachts, Kittitian Hill in St Kitts, Kimpton Hotels, Per AQUUM Retreats & Resorts, Forbes Travel Guide and Garbo & Kelly Cosmetics.

Jennifer comments: “I have always admired WATG’s reputation and extraordinary design, including the Kerzner International projects I saw come to life first-hand. I’m honored and excited to join such an incredibly talented group of professionals.

“WATG is a firm with remarkable momentum and creative energy and I look forward to contributing to the team and supporting Anthony’s long-term vision.”

Prior to founding JP Communications, Jennifer held leadership roles with some of the world’s most notable hospitality brands including One&Only Resorts, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

Throughout her career, she has curated and led partnerships and collaborations with brands such as TED, Christian Louboutin, Matthew Williamson, Alice Temperley, CNN, BCC, Aston Martin Racing, National Geographic Traveler and the LPGA.

Ploszaj holds a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
