Best Western Plus London Wembley Hotel is now open for business, strategically located between Wembley Central and the Stadium.
Located at 365 High Road, Wembley and formerly known as “Valiant House” the innovative 181 room landmark hotel has been designed by award winning hotel architects Dexter Moren Associates and resets the standard for affordable, chic hotel accommodation.
Designed around today’s savvy guest, who wants both boutique quality and big-chain convenience at a pocket-friendly price, the London Wembley offers a competitive package with everything from free wifi and in-room climate control to smart TVs, an authentic Italian restaurant on site, and quick self-check-in and checkout.
“Our design approach was to introduce bold intervention with a floating box that connects the existing building through juxtaposition,” says Herbert Lui, project director at Dexter Moren Associates. “The building respects the environment and the neighbourhood, stepping down on residential roads to ensure that the townscape appearance is respected and enhanced. And it’s green – geared to guests arriving by public transport, alighting from coaches, walking or cycling.”
Externally, the crisp and confident outline of the new hotel is a key part of Wembley’s regeneration into a more engaged part of the Capital. The hotel interior picks up that contemporary vibe, with murals and soft furnishings celebrating local sport and pop culture, and bringing the iconic Wembley landscape into the guest experience. Room décor reflects nearby landmarks that guests may visit, like the world-famous Wembley Stadium and the SSE Arena.
