Adding to its portfolio of business-to-business publications and events, Lewis Business Media Ltd has announced its acquisition of international media brands, Hospitality Interiors and Hospitality Leadership & Design Conference (HLDC).

Following discussions over the past weeks, Lewis Business Media finalised a takeover deal of print and digital magazine, Hospitality Interiors, and international conference brand HLDC, on Friday 17th February 2023.

Hospitality Interiors Editor, Sophie Harper, will remain in her role spearheading the future content development of the magazine, while Sales Manager Louise Opitz will adopt a consultant role over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition for Hospitality Interiors clients to the new team.

Already leading commercial opportunities and client relations for Lewis Business Media Ltd, Sales Director Emma Sharp will be an integral member of the Hospitality Interiors team utilising more than 20 years’ experience in national press, consumer, and B2B publishing and events.

Commenting on the takeover, Simon Lewis, Managing Director, Lewis Business Media Ltd said: “I am delighted to have Hospitality Interiors and HLDC join our stable of publications and events. We’re looking forward to building on the success of these already established and respected brands and anticipate a bright future for both.”

About Hospitality Interiors and HLDC

A leader in the hospitality design sector, Hospitality Interiors speaks to an exclusive audience of hoteliers, designers, architects, and industry suppliers via its international print and digital magazine and online and social media platforms.

Launched in 2009, Hospitality Interiors has become a renowned title and brand and, with a team of experienced industry-known editors at the helm, is an intelligent and relevant media resource that shares insight whilst reporting on the topics that are important to its readership.

In 2020, the first Hospitality Leadership & Design Conference was launched in London, which due to its success has grown to five international conferences held worldwide.

Design-led brands for a design-led industry, Hospitality Interiors and HLDC offer engaging content and commercial opportunities that connect suppliers and manufacturers with designers, hoteliers, and specifiers internationally.
