Birmingham-based pan-Asian restaurant, Chop and Wok, will open its first London branch in Westminster at the end of this month. The new restaurant will constitute an important expansion for the brand, as it will also become its flagship store.
In line with the brand’s five Birmingham stores, Chop and Wok Westminster will offer an Asian fusion menu with a diverse selection of sushi, wraps, noodles and salads to eat-in or take-away.
The brand is also looking to convey its characteristically experimental attitude towards its menu, use of in-restaurant technology and the interior design of its stores.
