Having already completed an extensive contemporary refurbishment project on the first floor of the venue, Commercial Kitchen and Bar will now be executing a six-month project on the ground floor, which will be completed by November 2019.
It will see the 30,000 square foot area transformed into a mixed-use, 750-cover space, comprising a retail store, bakery, cocktail bar, shisha terrace and showpiece a la carte restaurant, making it the largest dining space in Manchester.
With a ‘classic, relaxed luxury’ vision, the space will feature premium materials, such as natural limestone floor tiles, marble and oak table-tops and surfaces, as well as bespoke lighting fixtures and furniture.
“The goal is to bring plenty of natural light to the Oldham Road elevation and create a premium aesthetic, whilst maintaining a comfortable atmosphere that is conducive to casual dining,” explains Founder of Commercial Kitchen and Bar, Raju W Haider.
“We have drawn inspiration from ornamental, luxurious and expansive spaces, such as Mayfair’s Cecconi’s and Las Vegas’ Bellagio and Wynn hotels. The space will be entirely open-plan, with the same design and finishes running throughout the entire scheme.”
