Charlotte Weatherall joins the executive team at Corinthia London as Director of Sales & Marketing, reporting to the hotel’s Managing Director Thomas Kochs.

A seasoned hospitality professional, Charlotte has held several senior Sales and Marketing roles across leading international hotel brands, including Rocco Forte Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and, most recently at The Langham, London where she was Director of Sales & Marketing.

Prior to joining The Langham, Charlotte held the position of Director of Sales at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London, having spent five years at Rocco Forte Hotels as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh, then Brown’s Hotel, London.  She had previously held the same role at Cameron House in Loch Lomond and had also spent time in Dubai working for Westin & Le Meridien and in various senior Sales roles in the UK, including Marketing & PR Manager at Trump Turnberry (previously The Westin Turnberry Resort).

At Corinthia London, Charlotte will focus on strengthening its commercial performance, capitalising on her exceptional industry relationships, and will no doubt be a key driver of the hotel’s continuing success.

Commenting on Charlotte’s appointment, Thomas Kochs stated: “Charlotte is known for her strong business acumen and her strategic forward thinking.  These attributes, complemented by her creativity and charm, have resulted in hotels that feel fresh and of today.  She has a tremendous track record of managing high-preforming teams, and Corinthia London couldn’t be happier to have her lead the commercial team.”

“I am thrilled to be joining the executive team at Corinthia London,” says Charlotte. “The hotel truly epitomises excellence and has firmly established itself as a unique destination for guests to return to time and time again. I look forward to working with the entire team to continue to build on the successes of the past, and to bring exciting new innovations to the city in the future.”

Christian Renz, Chief Commercial Officer for Corinthia Hotels, stated: “We are delighted to have Charlotte join our commercial team and I am confident that our sales, marketing, and events divisions will continue to thrive under her leadership. She brings a wealth of global experience and insight in the luxury hotel industry.”
