Corinthia London has announced the appointment of Karina Elias as Hotel Manager. Karina joins the hotel’s Executive Committee, where she will play a key role in leading operations and enhancing the guest experience across all departments of the flagship London property.

Karina brings a wealth of international experience in luxury hospitality, having worked with prestigious hotels across the UK, USA, and Brazil. Most recently, she oversaw all restaurants, bars, and events at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, as Director of Food & Beverage. Prior to this, Karina held leadership roles in London at The Langham and The Savoy, where she led award-winning teams and championed service innovation. Her earlier international experience includes positions at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in New Hampshire, and the Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, formerly of Orient Express Hotels, where she completed a Graduate Programme.

Karina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and is known for her guest-centric leadership style, strategic mindset, and passion for operational excellence. She is also a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, reflecting Corinthia’s values of care, authenticity, and commitment to uplifting the lives of its guests, colleagues, and communities.

“Karina’s operational expertise, global perspective, and inspiring leadership make her a tremendous addition to our Executive team,” said Charlotte Weatherall, General Manager, Corinthia London. “We are delighted to welcome her to Corinthia London and are confident she will play an instrumental role in shaping the hotel’s continued success.”

Karina added, “I am thrilled to join Corinthia London, a property synonymous with timeless elegance and genuine hospitality, at such an exciting time. I look forward to working with the talented team to continue delivering exceptional guest experiences and further elevating the hotel’s reputation as one of London’s leading luxury destinations.”

Karina’s appointment further strengthens Corinthia London’s Executive Committee, following the additions of Jasper Anderegg as Director of Rooms in May 2025 and Nick Sievewright as Director of Sales & Marketing in August 2025.
