The iconic Delano brand is entering a bold new chapter, reasserting itself at the forefront of the luxury lifestyle scene. With the much-anticipated reopening of the original Delano Miami Beach and upcoming flagships in New York and London, Delano is poised to redefine modern hospitality.
The soul of Delano: Miami Beach returns
The property where it all began, Delano Miami Beach, is reopening in early 2026 with a refreshed vision that pays tribute to its roots. Set in the heart of South Beach, this reimagined property blends the glamour of Miami’s golden age with the cultural energy of today.

The hotel will feature 171 rooms and suites, including Poolside Bungalows and striking Penthouse Suites. The interiors will preserve key Art Deco elements while introducing refined modern design, setting the tone for a new era of luxury.
Among its four new bar and restaurant concepts, one familiar name returns: Rose Bar, the beloved social hub that once drew celebrities, creatives, and cultural tastemakers from across the globe.
Delano SoHo: A New York icon in the making
On the doorstep of SoHo, nestled in Hudson Square, the future Delano SoHo New York will bring the brand’s signature blend of style and spirit to the city that never sleeps.
Opening in the building currently known as The Dominick, the hotel will become a new social enclave, featuring 390 rooms and suites that mix sculptural forms with luxurious textures. From serene sanctuaries to lively gathering spaces, every detail will invite guests into Delano’s unique world of elevated energy and understated glamour.
Atop its 46-story tower, expansive event spaces will connect global travellers, local creatives, and insiders alike, all drawn by the same timeless allure.
Delano London: heritage meets modernity
Just steps from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, Delano London will open its doors in late 2026, bringing a spirit of quiet luxury to one of London’s most cultured neighbourhoods.

The property’s interiors will be layered and sensual, drawing on Delano’s evolving design language, from its signature “Delano white” to the interplay of light and shadow. With only 67 rooms and suites, the experience will be intimate and deeply personal, wrapped in organic textures, classic architecture, and subtle touches like a fresh take on Delano’s famous “apple a day” welcome.
The hotel will also host the London debut of the Rose Bar, this time as a moody, subterranean hideaway designed for after-dark elegance. Think dusky lighting, velvet corners, and a cocktail menu that blends sophistication with a hint of rebellion.

A global revival in Full Swing
These new openings follow Delano’s successful launches in Paris (2023) and Dubai (2024), expanding the brand’s reach into new cultural capitals. And with a growing pipeline including Istanbul, Costa Rica, Marrakesh, and Puglia, Delano’s return isn’t just a comeback, it’s a full-scale renaissance.
This global growth is backed by Ennismore in strategic partnership with Cain, which acquired a minority stake in the Delano brand in 2024.
A vision led by culture and innovation
At the helm of this evolution is Ben Pundole, newly appointed Chief Brand Officer. A creative leader with deep roots in luxury and lifestyle hospitality, Pundole brings a fresh perspective, one that will ensure Delano remains both relevant and revered in a fast-changing world.
Together, Ennismore and Pundole are doubling down on what made Delano legendary: immersive lifestyle programming, cultural depth, stylish design, and a warm, intuitive guest experience.
More than a hotel
At every Delano, guests can expect more than just a stay, they’ll discover a sense of place, purpose, and community.
Wellness and retail experiences are integrated seamlessly into the guest journey, offering moments of calm and discovery. Whether it’s a curated library in London, the vibrant rooftop in New York, or the historic pool in Miami, each space is designed to feel both iconic and personal.
