Experimental Beach Ibiza – the beachfront restaurant and cocktail bar from the Experimental Group – will re-open for the 2015 season on 24th April.
Situated within southern Ibiza’s striking Las Salinas national reserve, this year the Beach will introduce yoga, fresh juices and BBQs, to its much loved offering of locally sourced dining, excellent cocktails and spectacular views of the Island’s majestic sunsets.
Designed by award winning French designer, Dorothée Meilichzon (CHZON), Experimental Beach has a bohemian atmosphere with inspiration from the hippy and hedonistic ’60’s Ibiza. It pays homage to Baudelaire’s Invitation au Voyage with an air of “luxe, calme, and volupte,” or “luxury, peace and pleasure.”
Along with the restaurant and bar, Experimental Beach also boasts a clothing and accessories boutique, the Treasure Chest, which will reopen in mid-June.
