Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur gives sneak peak of F&B offering

Situated in the exclusive Golden Triangle neighbourhood next to the iconic Petronas Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is set to introduce a collection of six extraordinary culinary experiences.

Led by Executive Chef Junious Dickerson, Four Seasons will host four restaurants and two lounges, including a bespoke patisserie shop, each well-appointed to take advantage of the hotel’s idyllic location in the heart of the city and design-worthy ambiance.

Complementing Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant multi-cultural culinary scene, Four Seasonswill bring its renowned global flair to the destination by way of the menus – ranging from traditional Cantonese to a mix of international flavours including western, pan-Asian and Arabic favourites, along with stylish cocktails fashioned by acclaimed mixologists.

Yun House celebrates time-honoured Cantonese cuisine with a modern attitude. Award-winning chef Jimmy Wong is at the helm of the restaurant and brings his unwavering commitment to quality and expertise to Yun House, while also infusing artful presentations to complement the restaurant’s modern and stylish atmosphere.

As with its namesake, yun meaning “park” in Cantonese, the restaurant boasts dramatic views of KLCC park from its well-appointed location on the seventh floor. Blending sophisticated, modern interior design with a timeless elegance, Yun House offers an alluring ambiance to gather with family and friends over lunch or dinner.

Bar Trigona is a stylish new cocktail bar, named after Malaysia’s native trigona bee, which produces some of the world’s most sought-after wild honey. Inspired by Malaysia’s rich and diverse flora, celebrated head bartender Ashish Sharma has developed a captivating menu with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients.

The Lounge at Four Seasons pays homage to Malaysia’s traditional open-air dwellings, bringing the outdoors in, with an elegant, yet relaxed ambiance. In true Four Seasons fashion, The Lounge is the heart of the Hotel – a sophisticated setting, yet accessible and inviting.

Curate – inspired by the world’s best theatres – takes centre stage with its innovative all-day dining buffet. This modern space serves up cutting edge, yet accessible cuisine – featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a stylish show kitchen ambiance for all to admire. The sleek interior design, enveloped in delicate metallic finishes and glamourous details, echoes that of a theatrical stage for the chefs to create classic cuisine with a twist.

Pool Bar & Grill is an idyllic gathering place, offering resort-style dining in the heart of the city. The open-air style restaurant is located alongside the pool on the hotel’s stylish rooftop, overlooking famed Kuala Lumpur City Centre Park.

During the day, the Pool Bar & Grill offers a tranquil hideaway to surrender to a leisurely afternoon, lounging poolside while savouring flavourful Middle Eastern inspired cuisine in a beautiful al fresco setting. In the evenings, the resort-style space transforms to a modern shisha lounge and grill, featuring a flavourful shisha menu, savoury cuisine and matched by breathtaking city views from the stylish rooftop setting.

Finally, Decadent by Four Seasons is a contemporary café and shop dedicated to satisfying sweet indulgences with the finest, handcrafted artisanal confections. As with its namesake, Decadent offers an extravagant, yet equally playful and hedonistic menu of edible art featuring modern twists on old classics.
