Great Scotland Yard Hotel is set to launch No.1 The Townhouse, a standalone private residence situated just next door to the hotel, this April.

Having undergone a full restoration, the Grade II Listed townhouse will be the first of its kind, providing guests the seclusion and discretion of a private residence whilst benefiting from the service of the next door 5-star hotel.

Due to launch on Monday 19th April 2021, the five storey, Georgian-fronted townhouse will offer guests over 2000 square feet of pure luxury and an exclusive London address of No.1 Great Scotland Yard.

The building has been thoughtfully restored to celebrate the hallmark features of this classic British Townhouse, whilst reflecting an interior scheme which tastefully balances traditional and modern influences.

“We are delighted to be launching the townhouse and cannot wait to welcome new guests to our private, luxury residence,” comments General Manager, Sholto Smith. “Great Scotland Yard prides itself on providing five-star service and No.1 The Townhouse will be a shining example of this.”
