“Joining HKS, an industry leader in hospitality, is an exciting move,” says Chin. “I am so pleased to be a part of this talented and dynamic team and, with my strong sense of design, practicality and hospitality expertise, I look forward to creating outstanding new destinations across this beautiful world of ours. My approach is to discover and pinpoint the unique cultural and design needs of each individual project I work on; in this way, we are able to create truly stunning places that guests will enjoy for decades to come.”

Chin’s previous work includes Ritz-Carlton Tamuda Bay, Morocco; Hilton Albion Bay, Mauritius; Viceroy Quinta da Ombria, Portugal; Movenpick Abuja, Nigeria; a confidential five-star hotel in Morocco; and Raffles Cargills, Sri Lanka. Now, having joined HKS, he is contributing to high-profile projects such as Four Seasons Bodrum; a new wellness spa for the Leela Goa; and an additional hotel, retail walk, restaurant and sports centre at the Falkensteiner Hotel & Residences in Punta Skala, Croatia.
