Expected to open in 2018, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon will be situated at the crossroads of Little India and Serangoon and close-by Singapore’s commercial and industrial areas, appealing to both leisure and business travellers.
The select service hotel will add 120 rooms to Jalan Besar, which is home to many food outlets including Chye Seng Huat Hardware café, Char Restaurant and the 1952 Brewing Company brewery, bar and restaurant.
As well as independent dining experiences, the area is favoured for its hipster coffee shops and retro shopping experiences. Little India and its eclectic roadside stalls is just a five-minute walk away, and the closest MRT only a 500-metre stroll.
