Luxury Family Hotels has announced the appointment of Pim Wolfs as General Manager and Christian Clark as Deputy General Manager of Fowey Hall.
Both join the brand’s flagship property in Cornwall, which reopened last year following a substantial multi-million pound renovation and more recently has been shortlisted for ‘Hotel of the Year – Group’ category of The Cateys 2024.
With impressive backgrounds in luxury hospitality, Pim Wolfs and Christian Clark join Fowey Hall ahead of its busy summer season, as the prestigious Cornish family hotel, recent winner of The Times “Best Family Hotel”, further enhances its luxury hospitality offering. This will see a new steam room, spa bath and Nordic-style outdoor sauna join the existing spa facilities.
Pim joins Fowey Hall from the distinguished Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Wiltshire, where he served for three years as Deputy General Manager. Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions at Farncombe Estate, Pale Hall, and Macdonald Hotels & Resorts.
Alongside Pim will be Christian Clark as Deputy General Manager, who joins the team from his role as Restaurant Manager of Captains Club Hotel in Christchurch, which followed his time as Duty Manager of the renowned Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa in Hampshire and The Noisy Lobster in Mudeford.
Christian holds extensive expertise in the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage, and eagerly anticipates collaborating with local businesses to incorporate locally sourced elements into Fowey Hall’s menus.
