Ahead of an exciting year of expansion for the luxury resort, Parga Beach Resort has announced the appointment of Evangelos Ziogas as General Manager. With a wealth of luxury hospitality experience, spanning an impressive 22 years, in his new role Evangelos will lead the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction for Parga Beach Resort, whilst overseeing the introduction of new F&B, accommodation and family-friendly offerings.
With a hotel career exceeding two decades, Evangelos brings his experiences from Europe and the US to the resort. Prior to joining the team, he worked in key F&B management roles within highly acclaimed hotel groups like IKOS resorts, W hotels, Grand Hyatt and Domes Resorts.Following his extensive career, Evangelos joins the team with an inherent understanding of the resort’s key pillars: an unwavering commitment to excellence, family-inspired experiences, outstanding culinary offerings and uncompromising values of genuine Greek ‘philoxenia’; warm, and friendly hospitality delivered to all guests of Parga Beach Resort.
The new appointment comes at an exciting time for the resort, following the announcement of further expansion in 2024, after successfully launching 23 luxury suites in 2023. New for this year, the resort is preparing to unveil 43 new suites, some boasting a private pool and direct access to the resort’s lush gardens, a Greek restaurant inspired by traditional taverns found in quaint villages in Greece, and an interactive Kid’s Club in collaboration with Worldwide Kids that offers a vast selection of toys, activities and workshops.
