Rosewood Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Brad Berry as vice president of global residential development and the promotion of three executive team members: Alexander Dadak as vice president – development, Europe; Deborah Kelly as vice president – talent and culture, Asia Pacific; and SiuYin Ko as vice president of global sales.
Brad joins Rosewood Hotel Group with more than 20 years of experience in both branded and non-branded residential real estate, leading activities for various real estate and hospitality companies throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
In his new position, Brad is responsible for overseeing the critical growth and development of Rosewood Hotel Group’s branded residential segment. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of PortLiving Real Estate in Vancouver, British Columbia, a prominent residential property and lifestyle development firm, focused on marketing and developing real estate projects in North America.
In his tenure with the firm, Brad spearheaded all development, sales, marketing, construction, operations and human resource functions for the developer’s portfolio. Prior to this role, Brad held vice president titles in the residential and real estate divisions for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Kingdom Hotel Investments both in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as well as Intrawest Corporation in Vancouver, in which he oversaw support of development, construction, legal structure, sales, planning, marketing, market feasibility and financial modeling.

Rosewood Hotel Group is also proud to recognise the promotions of three key executives within the Group. Alexander Dadak, formerly senior director of development, Europe, has been promoted to vice president – development, Europe. In this new role, Alexander is responsible for building strategic relationships with hotel real estate investors and expanding the Group’s portfolio across key city centers and leisure destinations throughout Europe. Based in the Group’s European headquarters in Amsterdam, he joined Rosewood in 2018 and boasts more than 17 years of experience in the international hospitality industry.
Deborah Kelly, formerly senior corporate director of talent and culture, has been promoted to vice president of talent and culture, Asia Pacific. Deborah is responsible for overseeing all talent and culture functions within the region. Since joining Rosewood Hotel Group in 2019, Deborah has focused on digital transformation of talent and culture systems, policies, and processes to ensure the Group has superlative talent and sustainable development programs for each and every associate. Prior to her tenure with Rosewood, Deborah worked extensively in Asia for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Resorts and Marina Bay Sands overseeing senior leadership and development, as well as the smooth launches of resort openings.
Additionally, SiuYin Ko, formerly senior corporate director of global sales, has been promoted to vice president, global sales. In this new position, she leads the global sales organisation for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New World Hotels & Resorts and KHOS hotels with an emphasis on optimising sales performance and active participation with key strategic partners. Since joining Rosewood in 2017, SiuYin has focused on establishing business partnerships and elevating brand awareness globally in key strategic locations.
