On November 7th, Rosewood London will reveal its anticipated winter terrace – The Elyx Chalet at Rosewood London – in partnership with world-renowned luxury vodka brand, Absolut Elyx.
Until February 29th, the charming surroundings of a Swedish inspired lodge will be transported to the capital for guests to enjoy seasonal cooking and beautiful cocktails in a magical setting.
The chalet – nestled in the heart of Rosewood London – will mix an authentic Swedish aesthetic with Absolut Elyx’s signature chic and eclectic style.
Traditional fir trees will be laced with fairy lights and delicately dusted with snow while, inside, thoughtful details – such as snow globe effect porthole windows, and abundant cushions and throws in velvet and fur – will immerse guests in the look and feel of snowy Sweden.
As a nod to the character and style of Absolut Elyx, subtle and elegant handmade copper decorations will be dotted throughout and bring the chalet to life. Pops of colour will appear with rich pink and teal velvet cushions, as these touches and ornaments pay homage to the vintage copper column still where Absolut Elyx’s luxury spirit has been.
The decorated copper Elyx bar will be serving an array of Swedish-inspired hot and cold drinks, while Holborn Dining Room’s Executive Head Chef, Calum Franklin, will serve a menu of winter dishes, some with a Swedish twist.
The Elyx Chalet at Rosewood London is open from 4pm until late from November 7th – February 29th. In January – February 2020, The Elyx Chalet at Rosewood London will be open Wednesday – Saturday, 4pm till late.
