Darlene joins the firm from Gensler, Los Angeles, where she served 13 years, most recently as an Associate and Senior Designer, leading concept ideation and design development in the Hospitality Group.
Well-versed in the industry, Darlene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Design from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
In senior roles with Gensler as well as Kelly Wearstler and Kor Group, Darlene developed extensive knowledge in 4- and 5-star resorts and urban retreats, leading the design on projects that span the globe. Distinguished clients of Darlene’s include Caruso, Westfield, AIC hotel Group, Hard Rock Hotels, Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Ritz-Carlton, Kerzner International and Viceroy Hotel Group.
Formerly an adjunct studio professor, Darlene leads colleagues with passion and positivity, fostering a commitment to quality design in every phase of execution.
