Skyline Worldwide – a leading provider of corporate accommodation solutions in EMEA and LATAM regions – will open four new developments in London in early January, kickstarting aggressive plans to double its portfolio in the capital during 2015.

The first four new property openings are located around the capital’s two major financial centres – The City and London’s Docklands – and will add 141 units to the company’s portfolio in the city. All four apartments have been designed with the comfort and convenience of the business traveller in mind, providing both spacious accommodation and excellent value for money, and they are all located for an easy commute around the capital. From January, all of Skyline’s London properties (not just the new developments) will feature Sky, Nespresso coffee machines and high speed fibre optic internet where available.

A further two new developments in the City and one in Kensington will follow shortly bringing Skyline’s owner operated portfolio across London to over 300 units by summer 2015, almost double its current stock. The company manages more than 30,000 apartments in total through its Skyline Network, based in 84 cities in 26 countries throughout EMEA.

The new London openings are:
“¢ Gazzano Apartments by Skyline Worldwide offers 10 two-bedroom apartments in Farrington. Generously sized and well equipped, the apartments offer stylish and contemporary accommodation, including beautifully designed kitchens and modern bathrooms, as well as excellent nearby transport links for business stays. Gazzano is a true London landmark enjoying a prominent location within the Roseberry Conservation area, ideally positioned on Farringdon Road in the heart of Clerkenwell and between the City, Kings Cross and Covent Garden.

“¢ St Dunstan’s Court by Skyline Worldwide Fully furnished in an appealing and contemporary style, these outstanding one bedroom serviced apartments offer an ideal starting point for excursions or business appointments. Bright and welcoming, they are fully equipped with everything you might need, offering all the comforts of home, and more.

These cleanly spacious apartments are located right in the heart of the city and are furnished and decorated to an impressively high standard. Offering excellent transport links and ease of access to the city’s various attractions, they certainly tick all the boxes and there is plenty of room for all the family or a group of friends.

“¢ Aberfeldy Village by Skyline Worldwide offers a mix of five studio, 20 one-bedroom and five two-bedroom serviced apartments. An exciting new addition to Skyline’s Docklands portfolio, the 50 apartments are ideally situated for access to Canary Wharf and the City and are beautifully designed with exceptional attention to detail, and superior quality fixtures and furnishings enhance the elegant and relaxing ambience.

“¢ Greenwich Apartments by Skyline Worldwide offer a selection of 23 one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom and nine three-bedroom apartments that are fully equipped and resemble a home away from home. Offering striking views of the iconic skyline over London’s docklands and Canary Wharf, these serviced apartments are modern and convenient for corporate travellers.

“There has been a significant increase in the demand for serviced apartments in London and that’s why we are adopting such an aggressive expansion strategy for 2015 starting with the opening of these four brand new developments in just one month,” comments MD, Thiago Hahn.

“Skyline Worldwide is growing at a phenomenal rate and 2015 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for us – as well as for our clients and guests – as we embark on a programme to double the number of units we own and operate in London in just six months and also to enhance guest experience to its maximum with all the new features in our apartments.”
