Studio Moren has announced the promotion of Sharon Grob to Partner, Head of Business Development. This strategic appointment marks a significant milestone for both Sharon and the studio, reflecting Studio Moren’s ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and driving growth within the competitive hospitality design sector.

Park Hyatt London

Since joining Studio Moren in September 2023, Sharon has quickly become an integral part of the team, playing a key role in expanding the studio’s portfolio and enhancing relationships with clients and industry partners. With a strong focus on institutional portfolio relationships, Sharon’s contributions have been instrumental in securing significant projects that bolster Studio Moren’s presence in the hospitality design landscape.

In her new role, Sharon will continue to lead the firm’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on the growing Lifestyle and Luxury sectors along with the BTR, Serviced Apartment and PBSA initiatives that leverage the studio’s hospitality expertise. Drawing on her extensive industry knowledge and previous experience in financial services, Sharon is set to spearhead initiatives that will broaden Studio Moren’s client base, explore new market opportunities, and further elevate the company’s competitive edge. Additionally, Sharon will take on an active role in shaping the firm’s leadership and future direction.

Hyde London City

“We are excited to welcome Sharon to the Partnership,” said Wan Sheung Gardner Yau, Partner at Studio Moren. “Her expertise and dedication have already made a significant impact on our business. We are confident that her vision will continue to guide Studio Moren toward new heights in the hospitality design industry.”

Sharon commented, “It’s an honour to step into this new role at Studio Moren. The past year has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m thrilled to continue working alongside our talented team. With exciting projects like Ennismore’s Hyde London City hotel opening this week and the Park Hyatt London River Thames on the horizon, I’m eager to contribute to more innovative and inspiring spaces.”

Studio Moren is renowned for its creative and bespoke approach to architecture and interior design, with a portfolio spanning luxury and lifestyle hotels, resorts, restaurants, serviced apartments, build-to-rent, PBSA, co-living, co-working and mixed-use developments in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The studio’s deep expertise in the hospitality sector ensures that each project combines aesthetic excellence with operational efficiency, delivering spaces that inspire.
