Situated atop the ascended pool deck of the Conrad Hotel Bahrain, SUSHI SAMBA provides more than just its globally celebrated culinary fusion – it serves up an immersive spacial experience that fuses Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences into one electrifying atmosphere. LW Design, has redefined dining with a view, through a seamless indoor-outdoor layout overlooking Bahrain Bay and the Manama’s seafront.

This is no ordinary restaurant. SUSHI SAMBA in Bahrain shifts from tranquil breakfasts to energetic nightlife, which could be considered to redefine all-day dining. The design balances nature and bold art, creating a spirited, tactile space deeply rooted in its surroundings.
A dramatic sculptural timber ribbon ceiling sweeps through the space, injecting energy and movement. Green walls and bespoke artwork by a local artist ground the interior in its cultural context and local identity. Vivid burnt orange upholstery accentuates the dark wood and foliage, incorporating warmth and variation without overwhelming the space.
The spacious layout is intuitive and layered, with a strong sense of narrative. Patterned flooring subtly guides guests through the seating, an open sushi kitchen, and a stunning bar. Abstract timber leaf screens frame the bar, providing visual orchestration and a refined nod to nature.

Perhaps most distinct is the way the restaurant breaks down the boundaries between inside and out. A statement bar extends seamlessly onto the terrace, where the arrangement of the space is amplified by DJ booths and the shine of the adjacent pool. Whether under morning light or beneath evening beats, SUSHI SAMBA Bahrain remains a space in continuous motion.
