Madinat Jumeirah, the Arabian Resort of Dubai, has launched the world’s first AlphaSphere DELUXE – a holistic experience which incorporates sound therapy, colour therapy, aromatherapy and massage techniques to promote deep relaxation and regenerate the body and mind.
The award-winning Talise Spa is the first spa and wellness destination in the world to offer the AlphaSphere DELUXE, by the Austrian artist and innovator SHA.
There are four programmes offered, each lasts 25 minutes. Guests can choose from Basic Blue, Sensitive Pink, Intense Red or Energizing Orange – all are complemented by an exclusively designed scent and massage settings if desired.
The AlphaSphere DELUXE at Talise Spa is suitable for guests of all ages and is effective from the first session, results intensify upon subsequent use.
Research suggests that psychological benefits include stress relief, enhanced creativity and increased perception. Physical results include muscle relaxation, harmonised breathing and reduced blood pressure.
