The Indian Hotels Company has introduced the iconic Taj brand to Rishikesh with the opening of Taj Rishikesh Resort & Spa, Uttarakhand.
Located 30 kilometres from Rishikesh, Taj Rishikesh Resort & Spa is spread across 12.5 acres of terraced gardens on the bank of the river Ganges in the shadow of the mighty Himalayas.
Each of the spacious 79 rooms and villas offer panoramic views of the river, with its white sandy beach and majestic mountains.
The resort’s F&B offering incorporates a specialty restaurant offerin gcuisine inspired from the entire Himalayan belt, and an open-air pizza bar.
Elsewhere, a Jiva Spa, spanning an area of 20,000 square feet, includes treatment rooms and an expansive Yoga Pavilion.
