The Ivy Collection has announced exclusive details of its first East Midlands venue, opening this October in the heart of Nottingham.
Set to become the 45th restaurant in the collection, The Ivy Nottingham Brasserie will occupy an iconic position on the city’s historic shopping street, Bridlesmith Gate.
Adding to Nottingham’s thriving food and drink scene, the Brasserie will open seven days a week, from morning until late evening, offering The Ivy’s signature blend of seasonally inspired dishes, expertly crafted cocktails, a curated wine list and the warm, attentive service that creates its vibrant atmosphere.
From relaxed breakfasts and weekend brunches to laid-back lunches, indulgent dinners and late-night cocktails, guests will be able to enjoy The Ivy’s all-day dining in a setting that combines timeless elegance with the buzz of the city centre – perfect for any occasion.
Accommodating up to 118 guests, the Brasserie will also feature a stylish terrace area welcoming up to 20 for alfresco drinks and dining. Two private dining rooms will be opening within the restaurant, designed to offer an elevated experience for gatherings, business meetings and milestone celebrations, seating 10 and 26 guests respectively.
The Ivy Nottingham will occupy the city’s former Hugo Boss store, an iconic building dating back to 1885 that showcases the grandeur of the Victorian era. Its striking architecture provides a fitting home for The Ivy Collection’s latest opening, reflecting both the history of the city and the elegance for which the brand is known.
Commenting on the launch, Laura Mills, Managing Director of The Ivy Collection said: “We’re thrilled to be opening the doors to our Nottingham Brasserie this autumn, marking an exciting milestone as we expand into the East Midlands. The Ivy Nottingham will bring together everything our guests know and love – beautiful interiors, exceptional food and drink, and the warm and welcoming service that has become our hallmark.
“We’re also proud to be creating 109 new local jobs and have exciting plans to collaborate with some of Nottingham’s talented artists and makers. We can’t wait to welcome the people of Nottingham and visitors to the city alike to this elegant new space.”
