Bangkok-based consultancy firm, Next, has entered into an agreement with Magnolia Finest Corporation to oversee, co-ordinate and represent the ownership during the development of the restaurant and bar concepts for forthcoming Waldorf Astoria, Bangkok – which is expected to open in 2016. Next will also create a branded concept for the project.
Towering at 60-storeys and built as a mixed-used development, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok’s is set to be the city’s latest architectural icon. Located between the Chit Lom and Ratchadamri BTS stations, the hotel will offer 170 luxury guest rooms (including 34 suites), sized at a minimum of 50m².
The hotel will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, two speciality restaurants, two bars and lounge. Two spacious ballrooms and nine meeting rooms will provide sophisticated settings in which to conduct business, while a fitness centre and spa will allow for the ultimate relaxation time.

The Baht 5,000 million project brings to Bangkok the Waldorf Astoria, the most luxury hotel of the Hilton chain, which forms part of the Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, the super luxury condominium in Ratchdamri the prime location of Bangkok.”
