The Dome at lebua has affirmed its dominant position within Bangkok’s F&B scene with its launch of the world’s highest outdoor whisky bar.
Perched 800 feet in the air on the 64th floor of the Tower Club at lebua, Alfresco 64 offers the ultimate whisky drinking experience, along with striking aerial views of the city skyline and the Chao Phraya River.
The luxury hotel and resort group has partnered with Chivas Regal, makers of prestigious blended Scoth Whisky, to bring a new whisky degustation experience to the heart of Bangkok.
In addition to sampling signature blends from Chivas Regal such as Chivas Regal Ultis and other premium whiskies, connoisseurs will also be able to enjoy the one-of-a-kind limited edition Chivas Regal lebua blend.
Alfresco 64’s design concept has been tastefully created by DWP. The indoor area resembles an opulent yacht cabin, featuring lacquered rosewood flooring and sunken seating as well as a wooden bar counter, accentuated with curves and silver metal lines which resemble the dynamic lines of a luxury vessel.
The Heritage Room – specially created for VIPs – can be used for a variety of events, from private parties to whisky tastings.
The outdoor area, meanwhile, features comfortable couches and chairs, teak flooring and a glass railing along the edge to allow for majestic views of the Chao Phraya River.
