Zebra, a leading international interior design and architecture consultancy, has opened a studio in Sydney under the leadership of recently appointed, Tim Bradbury, which marks its first permanent base in Australia.

Zebra’s expertise spans the full design and architectural spectrum; from brand strategy and brand design, conceptual interior design through to design implementation of existing concepts, to being able to act as Architect of Record in all 50 US States.

From its UK / London origins, Zebra has become a global business employing 250+ talented individuals across offices globally working out of London, New York, Dubai, Mexico City, Phoenix, Toronto, Hong Kong, Riyadh and Sydney being the latest office to open.

With over 20 years of experience, Tim Bradbury is a well-established design leader with a global portfolio of projects across the retail, hospitality, entertainment, and leisure sectors. He has held design leadership roles on the client side, including Jurique International, The HOYTS Group and Fitness First, and interestingly began his career under the mentorship and guidance of Mark Mason, Zebra’s Founder and CEO in the early 2000’s.

Zebra is expert in working with organisations on a global scale, often taking brands out of their domestic markets onto the global stage, with subtle adaptations and modifications to make them relevant in a local environment. Zebra has ambitions to work with brands planning to enter the Australian market, whilst also supporting Australian brands locally or those looking to grow globally.

Tim Bradbury, Design Director of Zebra, Australia comments: “It is great to be back with Zebra, working with colleagues around the world who share a passion for designing places that unite people for unforgettable experiences. I am thrilled to be instrumental in pushing the business forward in the region to create an interdisciplinary interior design and architecture consultancy”

Mark Mason, CEO of Zebra says: “Opening an Australian base for Zebra is a natural progression to support the ambitions of our clients in the region, as well as bringing our unique insight to the market. I believe we can support Australian brands with ambitions to grow globally, or global brands looking to enter this dynamic market. Every market is unique in terms of tastes and style, with a base in the country we are able to better understand, service our clients, their brands and their  Australian customers, ensuring successful design solutions, fully compliant with local regulations. Its great to have Tim back at Zebra after so many years, he is the perfect person to lead the team.”
