The UK’s leading lighting specification event returns to London this November, bringing together more than 200 brands, inspiring design, expert talks and two days of industry connection – with free registration now open.
LiGHT 26, the UK’s only trade show dedicated to high-end lighting specification, returns to the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, on 18th and 19th November 2026, bringing the lighting and design community together for two days of product discovery, inspiration and conversation.
From luxury hotels and restaurants to bars, lounges and other hospitality destinations, lighting plays a defining role in creating memorable interiors. Whether it’s a statement pendant that establishes a focal point, subtle architectural lighting that brings materials and textures to life, or carefully considered illumination that creates atmosphere, lighting is integral to how hospitality spaces look, feel and are experienced.
LiGHT 26 provides an opportunity to explore the latest lighting solutions and design possibilities, all under one roof.
More than 200 leading international lighting brands will showcase their latest collections, products and innovations across three dedicated zones: Architectural, Decorative and Technical.
For interior designers working across hospitality and commercial projects, the Decorative Zone provides a one-stop destination for discovering high-end decorative lighting, bringing together a carefully selected collection of international brands and their latest designs. Alongside this, the Architectural Zone offers lighting solutions for hospitality, commercial and other specification projects, allowing visitors to explore how decorative and architectural lighting can work together to create cohesive, considered interiors.
The exhibitor line-up includes leading names from across the international design industry, creating an opportunity to experience products first-hand, discover new collections and meet the people behind the brands.
Beyond the exhibition stands, LiGHT 26 offers plenty more to experience.
The [d]arc thoughts talks programme, curated by [d]arc media and this year sponsored by SIMES, will bring together influential voices from lighting, interiors, architecture and the wider design community to explore the ideas, issues and opportunities shaping design today. A further programme of splinter talks will also take place within the Associations Lounge, sponsored by Studio Due, with additional activities providing opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking.
Networking remains an important part of the LiGHT experience, offering opportunities to reconnect with industry peers, establish new relationships and exchange ideas with fellow designers and manufacturers. The opening day will continue into the evening with LiGHT’s popular late-night opening, when the show takes on a more relaxed atmosphere with stand events, social spaces and bars open from 6.00 PM. The LiGHT Lunch will also return on the second day, providing another opportunity to meet and connect with the wider design community.
For visitors balancing the show with a busy working day, LiGHT Work provides dedicated co-working space, Wi-Fi, charging points and complimentary coffee away from the exhibition floor.
LiGHT 26 will be the first edition under Messe Frankfurt UK ownership, while continuing to build on the community-focused event established since its launch in 2022.
Completely free to attend, LiGHT 26 offers two days to discover the latest lighting collections, explore solutions for upcoming hospitality and interior design projects, hear fresh perspectives and connect with the people shaping the future of lighting and design.
If lighting is part of your interiors, LiGHT 26 should be in your diary.
