In 2017, Royal Thai’s parent company, TCM, underwent a significant transformation by rebranding as TCM Corporation Plc. and strategically dividing its business into three distinct groups: TCM Flooring, TCM Living, and TCM Automotive. This pivotal moment marked the launch of the new Royal Thai identity under the TCM Flooring group and it is through the unwavering dedication and commitment to growth that Royal Thai infuses a multicultural perspective into the flooring industry, enriching it with diverse insights and innovation.
Today, we are a wholly vertically integrated manufacturer, operating over 160,000 square meters in our state-of-the-art facility in Thailand, with a deep commitment to sustainability. Every action we take is thoughtfully guided by our commitment to a sustainable future and achieving Net Zero impact by 2050. We are deeply engaged in this mission by constantly innovating, preventing waste at the source, harnessing solar energy, reducing landfill waste, and using our eco-friendly yarn dyeing process.
Our solar-powered production facility handles fiber and yarn extrusion, wool and synthetic yarn spinning, dyeing, twisting, heat setting, weaving, tufting, needle punching and finishing—ensuring sustainable and quality production practices from beginning to end. The entire Royal Thai process, deeply rooted in the cherished Thai values of artisanship and service, encompasses every stage from concept and design development to production, logistics, and service. This approach has enabled us to forge strong and meaningful partnerships with ownership groups, design firms, procurement teams, and many of the world’s most esteemed brands.
