Arteriors: The Art of Dining

Sophie HarperBy Sophie Harper10 November 20223 Mins Read

Previously used solely as a formal place to gather on special occasions, the purpose of the dining room has shifted to a hub of life working as multifunctional office-space, a place for meetings both personal and corporate, and of course still somewhere to sit and enjoy a meal with loved ones. Expanding the selection of dining room product across multiple categories for F22, Arteriors’ dining room offering has shifted in line with a change in purpose, the collection curated to create a space to live, work and play for design specifications across commercial and residential.

From intimate meals for two to larger feasts, the collection of various shaped and sized dining tables, stylish seating, functional storage pieces, and decorative consoles offer a multitude of choice. A mixture of materials and finishes have been used across the range to suit various aesthetic and stylistic choices – incorporating lighter toned natural rattan and wickers for a rustic edge, modern chrome metallics to create a contemporary scheme, elegant marble and darker mahogany for traditional décor, sumptuous leather and even elements of concrete. Depending on project requirements, mix and match items to create an eye-catching, unique space within hotel and restaurant designs, or keep a coherent scheme with matching elements and use of materials throughout.

With style to suit any size of space, there is no compromise on aesthetic for interior designer clientele, particularly those working on residential schemes, whether smaller apartment living in bustling cities or rambling manor country houses. Intimate café tables create a welcoming space for breakfast, classic round options are suitable for smaller gatherings and allow plenty of space for decorative centrepieces, and tables to seat four guests expand to double their capacity for larger dining parties. To wind down an evening, relaxed cocktail tables allow for a shift to sitting soft in decorative nooks and alcoves within the room.

An expanded collection of seating types introduce comfort without compromising on style. Formal dining chairs with sculptural back detailing, statement accent seating for cocktail corners, and stools for kitchen islands and bars join the collection season upon season. Designed with versatility in mind to suit a range of table styles, or to be used solo offering a variety of solutions for any space.

A practical addition, storage that marries form and function is vital in a dining room. Larger free-standing cabinets and credenzas offer space to store serveware and tabletop accessories reserved for the most special of occasions, where consoles offer space for a more visual display for an array of items when not in use. Classic and unconventional bar cabinets and carts crafted in rich materials with exquisite detail elevate the art of the cocktail and the entertainer.

For entertaining larger groups, hosting family meals, or simply intimate dinner for two, the expansion of the dining collection at Arteriors is perfectly timed to reshape and refine the way designers see this space within residential or commercial designs.
