The Power Of Scent In Design

In an increasingly competitive environment, brand experiences must connect emotionally – and scent is one of the most effective ways to do just that. Studies show that fragrance triggers memory and emotional recall more powerfully than visual or auditory stimuli. EcoScent specialises in translating brand identity into scent, capturing atmosphere through fragrance and enabling spaces to resonate with guests long after they leave.

At previous activations, EcoScent diffused a bespoke blend of Sandalwood, Bergamot and Citrus using their Titania, Luna Pro and Barrel machines. The result was an instantly warm and welcoming environment that made a lasting impression on visitors. Next week at HIX, they’ll be demonstrating how scent layering and distribution can adapt to mood, audience and space size –  from intimate lounges to high-capacity commercial venues.

What you’ll experience at Stand 70

As hospitality environments continue to adapt to evolving guest expectations, sensory design is becoming a central element of atmosphere creation and brand immersion. EcoScent’s participation at HIX highlights the significant role that fragrance can play in shaping how a space feels, as well as how it is remembered.

EcoScent will be at Stand 70 at HIX LDN 2025 next week.
