Steigenberger Hotels has now announced the launch of a new five star property at Business Bay in Dubai, due to open in October 2015.
This landmark opening, along with pipeline hotels in Dubai and Qatar – the InterCityHotel Culture Village in Dubai and the Steigenberger Hotel Doha Airport Road – sees Steigenberger’s world-renowned German hospitality set to expand into the United Arab Emirates before the end of the year.
Located in the very heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper, this new addition to Steigenberger’s impressive portfolio of hotels is both close to Dubai’s historic old quarter and yet within reach of the shopping opportunities available at the ‘Dubai Mall’.

The hotel will feature 365 rooms and suites, five restaurants, and a spa and fitness area with a pool.
Made possible by a contractual partnership with Twenty14 Holdings, the hospitality arm of LuLu Group International, a highly diversified multinational entity operating out of 31 countries, Steigenberger will operate the hotel under a Management Agreement.
